Can I see my jersey before submitting my order?

Our designers will individually create a proof for you from the information given on the order form. You will then be sent a proof via email to review, with an option to adjust the logos as needed. You must approve the proof before your jersey goes into production. Make sure to check your spam folder.

When will I receive a proof of my jersey?

Unless you’ve ordered a jersey with no name or sponsors, you will receive a proof to review within 24-48 hours. Make sure to check your spam folder.

Are the colors on my jersey proof accurate?

These colors may display slightly different on some screens and should not be viewed as a 100% accurate representation due to this. If you need a specific PMS color we will do our best to match the color with our profiles.

How do I make a change to my proof?

If you need to make changes submit any revisions to your proof reply to your proof email with any changes needed and a new proof will be sent back to you with all changes made.

How can I find the status of my jersey?

Our current timelines are posted on our website. If you think your order does not fall into the posted timelines, please send an email to fulldrawnaddiction@yahoo.com to check the status. Be sure to include the invoice or reference number. Please be advised that the production timeline starts once the art proof is approved and payment is received.

How do I reorder a jersey?

Email us at fulldrawnaddiction@yahoo.com or visit our store and resubmit an order.

Can I cancel my order?

Once artwork is approved and production has begun you cannot cancel the order.

Do you sell name brand jerseys?

We currently offer several brand jerseys from several manufacturers.

Artwork Process:

Do I need to be sponsored by every company whose logo I want on my jersey?

You must be authorized to use any logo you request. If you are not sponsored by a company you want to use you must contact them to be sure they approve you wearing their logo. Some companies will also request that written permission be sent in to us, before we can use their logo on your jersey. It is your responsibility to get permission from each sponsor.

Full Drawn Addiciton is not liable for misuse of sponsor logos, the customer is.

How do I know if you have a logo on file?

We have most of the major industry logos on file. We will let you know once you submit your order if we do not have a logo you are requesting. If you are requesting a local company, we probably will need it sent in. email it to fulldrawnaddiction@yahoo.com

How do I send in artwork/logos?

Send them to fulldrawnaddiction@yahoo.com, referencing your name and confirmation number in the subject line.

Are there any art fees?

You get 2 free proof revisions per order. Further revisions will require a $25 art fee. Additional charges may be required if the logos you submit are not clear and of a high resolution. Vectored artwork or a .png with a treansparent background are prefered.

Production Process:

How long before I receive my order?

Please allow 3-4 weeks after art approval for your order to be completed.

Can I make a change to my jersey after approving it for production?

No, once art is approved and your jersey is in poroduction no changes can be made.

Can I add a logo to my jersey after I receive it?

With the process of dye sublimation, your full custom jersey is printed all at once and cannot be altered after it is produced.

How do I care for my jersey?

Once you receive your apparel from us, you will want to take care of it. Our jerseys have anti-microbial material and moisture wicking properties. Improper care can result in damaging these properties. Below is our recommended care instructions that will help keep your jersey in good condition if followed properly.

  • Do not use fabric softener.

  • Do not use bleach.

  • Always wash with cold water.

  • Always wash inside out.

  • Always tumble dry.

  • Avoid abrasive surfaces like Hook and Loop Fasteners. Failure to do so will damage the material.

How do I get stains out of my jersey?

You can follow normal stain removal guidelines for polyester material based on the stain.
